I broke my ring a few weeks ago and came in to see if they could fix it. They measured the size of the stone that broke and I bought a new stone on Etsy. I’m so happy with the results and it was a lot cheaper than I expected!

First People’s Jewelry Store and specifically Frank, are the greatest ever! After losing a close friend, several of us got together to create a copy of a ring that she owned. Frank designed it from her pearls. He went above and beyond our expectations, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We all now have a treasured piece of our friend Melinda, that we can cherish forever.

Frank and Brooke- Wow. Great service, great price, best design and the 5 rings that we had made -turned out amazing! We asked a daunting task- to make us 5 rings from a string of pearls that our girlfriend used to wear- before she passed. We all wanted a memory of Melinda. Frank took the task and ran with it- he made it 300% better than we ever imagined. Tears came to our eyes. The rings are a perfect memory of our dear friend that always wore her pearl necklaces and her pearl ring. I will be taking all my old jewelry to him to make it new and something that I would enjoy wearing or giving away. 5 stars isn't enough to give them. No wonder FPJ has been awarded so many awards, 50 years of expert craftsmanship. Thank you to Frank and Brooke and their team.

My experience at First People’s Jewelers was straightforward and stress-free from the moment I walked through the door. The process was casual, easy, and to the point no hassle at all. I was in and out quickly, and I walked away with the perfect option for myself and my future fiancée. I had been intimidated by the idea of buying an engagement ring, expecting to being pushed beyond my budget, but that wasn’t the case. Brooke was professional, communicated updates clearly and promptly, and made the entire experience pleasant and reassuring. I’m now a big fan of First People’s Jewelers and will definitely be back. I’ve already got my eye on some of the watches they have on display — they offer much more than just engagement rings btw!

We purchased our wedding set 20 years ago. I had some trigger finger issues so I had been wearing it around my neck for almost 5 years. I took my ring in to get it resized 2 weeks ago. Their craftsman did an outstanding job! The workmanship and attention to detail outstanding. This is what 50 years of being in business is meant to represent!
